Job Description

What you bring to the table

You are a highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a sense of fun, the ability to work under pressure & meet client deadlines, be a self-starter and an absolute focus on client and customer service. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, self-managing your day-to-day tasks and assisting senior staff with quoting of job scopes relating to concrete scanning works. 

You will have experience within a similar role and be able to: 

  • Interpret various internal plans/drawings including BYDA where necessary;
  • Operate Leica C-Thrue Concrete Scanner, Vivax or RD EMI equipment & Hilti Transpointer;
  • Be flexible to travel to regional, remote and interstate locations to undertake field projects when required;
  • Take interest and be on the forefront of building client relationships to further assist the business unit; 
  • Be willing to provide assistance to Utility Locating technicians with their 'outdoor' locating tasks when required. 

You will also have 

  • Previous experience within a similar role, or related industry;
  • Ability to manage, organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines;
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create effective working relationships and contribute to the team in a proactive and positive manner.
